Brewing Volume (L) 40 pints / 23 litres. ABV approx (% vol.) 4.6%. Colour Deep amber. Hop / Key Ingredient medium hop. Malt Medium. The Connoisseurs beer kits require 1.7kg of Unhopped  Malt Extract. 1kg of a quality brewing sugar can also be used for a lighter-bodied beer.
