POLYPHOENIX AIR STILL PRO HEAD

Unlike other Air Stills, the PolyPhoenix Air Still fundamentally solves a lot of the issues that previous air still designs had:

1. Customisable Boiler Size
   Other Air stills restrict you to only use the included small 5L boiler.  We do sell a 20% larger 6L Boiler.  The PolyPhoenix Air Still is able to fit to any Digiboil, BrewZilla or other boilers too using an adaptor. This means you can attach boilers anywhere from 5L and up to 100L if you really wanted to.
2. Will deliver (96% ABV)
   Other air stills traditionally have a very small column meaning you can only get 90-92%.  The new PolyPhoenix Air Still enables you to get right up to 96% meaning you can make great tasting neutral without that nasty taste of spirit wash or turbo yeast.  This is only possible due to our new design allowing you to extend the column externally from the head.  This can be done using the PolyPhoenix PPSU 3inch Extensions.
3. Safer than ever
   We have included a new ethanol sensor so if you have ethanol overflow you can set the boiler to automatically turn off. This can help to mitigate risk by avoiding ethanol exceeding a certain threshold where you are distilling.
4. So easy to clean
   The new column design as a bung at the base meaning you can simply undo the bung and all the packing drops out in a few seconds.  This makes cleaning a snap!
5. Customisable profiles
   We have a fully LED digital display that allows you to fully customise the output that you are trying to achieve. So irrespective of you wanting to make pure neutral spirit or doing Gin, Whiskey, Rum or other products you can simply program your own recipe into the unit to achieve the exact outcome you are chasing in the craft.
6. Logs to internet
   The still will work completely disconnected from the internet but also it can log everything to the RAPT portal if you want it to.  This allows you to store information and go back to previous batches to work out why a whisky you made 2 years ago was so fantastic. No need to take notes on the day as its all recorded for you and you can save customised profiles for the distillation run.
