A medium bodied Tripel with complex spiced fruit flavour and aroma, followed by sweet grainy malt notes and a gentle warmth in the finish. Pours amber with a white head.

ABV Approx: 8.2% (based on use with 1kg brewing sugar)

Bitterness: 2/5

IBU: 18-24

Colour: Pale Amber

Yeast: LE Belgian Tripel 20g

Hops: Saaz 50g

Extra fermentables required: 1kg brewing sugar/brew Enhancer.
