How to use: 

Soft Drink Ready to Keg 
These kits only utilise white sugar or artificial sweeteners, a number of Flavour Shots and FermStops based on the Keg Size.

Mix up a 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Red Hard Red Pub Soda classic at home with ease by following the instructions below. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Boozehound Hard Red Pub Soda 19L Keg Instructions (ABV 5.8%)
Requires:
5L Vodka at 22%
4 x  Impressence – Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml
2 x  Impressence – FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 5L Vodka at 22%  to your  19L Ball Lock Keg.
2. Add 4 x Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml sachets.
3. Add 960g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2

Boozehound Hard Red Pub Soda 9.5L Keg Instructions (ABV 5.8%)
Requires:
2.5L Vodka @ 22%
2 x  Impressence – Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml
1 x  Impressence – FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 2.5L Vodka at 22% to your 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 2 x Red Pub Soda Flavour Shot – 50ml sachets.
3. Add 480g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FermStop sachet.
   (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2
