These KOKETSU Kits are completely Sugar Free / Zero Sugar <0.5g of Sugar per serving.

All natural concentrated pineapple essence made from vacuum freeze drying evaporative technology to bring you the locked in freshness of this amazing fruit spritzer mixer.

Mix up a 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshingly Lite Alcoholic Pineapple Seltzer at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

Hard KOKETSU Zero Sugar – Pineapple – 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Ingredients:

5L Vodka
4 x  Impressence – Pineapple Seltzer Flavour Shot – 50ml
2 x Impressence – Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 – 50ml

No sugar required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 5L 40%ABV Vodka
2. Add 4 x Pineapple Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Top up to 19L with water.
4. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachets.
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2.[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Hard KOKETSU Zero Sugar – Pineapple –  9.5L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Ingredients:
2.5L 40% Vodka 
2 x  Impressence – Pineapple Seltzer Flavour Shot – 50ml
1 x Impressence – Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 – 50ml

No sugar required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 2.5L of Vodka
2.  Add 2 x Pineapple Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Top up to 9.5L with water.
4. Add 1 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachet.
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2.[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
