This is a Fresh Wort kit that is brewed on premise using a 500L Braumeister. It comes in a 20L cube . You will end up with 20 – 22L in your fermenter.
Use as a base kit for high bitterness lagers, American and English pale ales. Can also be used for Porters and Stout with the addition of steeped roasted barley. Colour is about 8EBC and bitterness of 45IBU.
Final gravity and fermenting temperatures are yeast dependent.
