This is a light amber hoppy lager modelled on the full-bodied beer available across mainland Europe. Serve chilled to appreciate its rich character. OG 1040° to 1044°. Weight (Kg) 1.8kg. Brewing Volume (L) 40 pints / 23 litres. ABV approx (% vol.) 4.6%. Colour Pale Golden Yellow. Hop / Key Ingredient medium hop. Malt: Low. The Connoisseurs beer kits require 1.7kg of Unhopped  Malt Extract. 1kg of a quality brewing sugar can also be used for a lighter-bodied beer.
