QUANTUM BRITE is a liquid, water-soluble dry hop solution processed using Abstrax’ groundbreaking, proprietary extraction techniques. This suite of hop-derived, varietal-specific solutions utilises an innovative, ultra-low temp extraction technology to create the finest, most aromatic hop extracts on the market. Unlike CO2 processing, which has been optimized for the extraction of alpha at the expense of aromatics, our Quantum process has been designed from the ground up to preserve the most volatile aromatics. Quantum Brite works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required- gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment. Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process, dispersing immediately into solution.

Recommended Usage:
Although Quantum Brite can be used as a wholesale replacement of pellet hops we recommend substituting 50% of your pellet dry hop charge initially. We recommend adding Quantum Brite at the coldest and latest point in the process to enable precise flavor control in the final beer and to prevent flavor alterations caused by yeast activity and biotransformation. We recommend that the contents be used once opened otherwise flush with CO2 and store cold.
