One sachet will make 9.5L given that you add the other ingredients listed in the sections below.

Citrus packed, and bitter to boot. This Australian Classic will quench your thirst like no tomorrow.
It can be made up at 5% ABV with your chosen alcohol base.
Or make Non-Alcohollic as a cordial base. See recipe directions below for other parts you’ll need to add to get the flavour right.

Mix up a 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of the Australian classic Bickfords inspired Lemon, Lime & Angostura Bitters at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Dig Bick’s Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

Recipe List:

Hard Dig Bick’s LL&B 19L Ready To Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.0%)
Kit Includes:
5L Base Alchol
2 x Impressence – Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL
2 x Impressence – FermStop – 50mL
650g of Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

  1. 2L of Boiling to Hot water to your keg
  2. add 650g of Sugar and swirl around until dissolved
  3. Add 5l of  Base Alcohol to your 19L Ball Lock Keg
  4. Add 1 x Impressence Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL
  5. Top up to 19L with water then and add 1 x FermStop sachet.
    (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  7. Carbonate to 2.4 to 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

    (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
