Brewing Volume (L) 40 pints / 23 litres. ABV approx (% vol.) 4.6%. Colour – rich dark stout. Hop / Key Ingredient – Hoppy Malt Dark. The Connoisseurs beer kits require 1.7kg of Unhopped  Malt Extract. 1kg of a quality brewing sugar can also be used for a lighter-bodied beer.
