FermZilla 27L Tri-Conical Pressure Brewing Kit

This particular kit is a one-click option for those who want to be able to brew under pressure with a 27L Tri-Conical FermZilla. Designed as a single batch system that goes perfectly hand in hand with the BrewZilla 35L Gen3.1.1 or Gen4 if you are looking to Brew All Grain or Partial Mash beers.

This is a very good starting point for those who are just getting into pressurisable fermenters but also want to dabble in yeast harvesting and purged dry hopping. If you would prefer a more simplistic pressurisable fermenter in a similar size, we would very much recommend the 60L All Rounder FermZilla Pressure Brewing Kit. This unit does not have the added collection container / butterfly valve assembly at the bottom.

Glycol Twister Pressure Brewing Kit – Glycol Obsessed*(We recommend fermentation fridges/chambers over glycol chilled)If you want to fit a thermowell to the lid of this fermenter then you should really check out the Gen3 60cm Stainless Thermowell Kit that includes the bulkhead fitting so you can mount this into the lid of this Fermenter.
That way you can take a core reading and control your ferment with a RAPT Fermentation Controller or the MKII Temperature Controller.

1 x 27L Conical FermZilla Tri-Conical Base Kit (unassembled)

2 x  Red Carbonation Caps (We use these as Gas posts)
2 x Yellow Yellow Carbonation Caps (For Liquid Posts)
1 x Stainless Steel Float with Silicone Dip Tube and Mesh Filter (You will need to cut this to your desired depth)
1 x  BlowTie Integrated Spunding Valve Kit
1 x  duotight 8mm x Gas Ball Lock Disconnect
1 x  8mm Rigid Joiner Tube
