DUO TIGHT 8MM BULKHEAD

This duotight push fit fitting is 8mm (5/16″) Female to Female. The bulkhead with locknut is designed to go through the wall of a tank, housing or wall or panel. Simply fit to wall/panel/vessel and push tube in from both sides to join.

These high quality acetal fittings are made with EPDM o-rings that are reliable, will not perish like cheaper rubber. The acetal plastic is also chemical and UV resistant so it will last for a long time even in testing conditions.

This product is ideally suited to these two types of line:

This fitting is a push in fitting so you just push the line in from both sides.  It’s similar to John Guest or Sharkbite.  Just cut the line of square, ensuring a clean cut surface then push into the fitting to make a reliable seal.

No clamps necessary!
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi
