Clean crisp light golden beer. I used a partial mash with 1kg JW pilsner malt crushed, in grain bag with 20g cascade hops, steep 70C for 1/2 hour. Sparge with boiling water. Add Coopers brew enhancer no 2, boil 10 min, add 15g cascade at flame out. Add kit, 25L brew and bottle. 1 week in the bottle and I can't resist it.
