As well as supplying the keg boilers made up, we can also supply our specially designed 2200watt electrical elements that can be easily ported into the side of any keg or pot. The total diameter of the electrical element is small enough so that you can fit it into the neck of a commercial type 50L keg. It’s a simple 3 step process:

• 1. Remove spear from keg
• 2. Drill 32mm diameter hold near the bottom of the keg.
• 3. Feed 2200 watt element into the top of the keg and using some coat hanger wire or similar, pull the element back through the hole that you just drilled and tighten the nut up from the outside of the keg.

The whole process requires no welds and can easily be disassembled for cleaning or other sanitation.
